Cavitation Massage Therapy
Cavitation Massage Therapy is a non-invasive cosmetic procedure; a non-surgical way to reduce fat and cellulite. Reduce fat in problem areas: Thighs, hips, stomach, back, arms, chin, etc. Tighten and tone skin, reduce sagging skin.
The scientifically developed medical Ultrasonic RF technology is based on a medical breakthrough that uses bio-cavitation ultrasound waves and radio frequency energy, to selectively break down fat cells and cellulite without affecting neighboring organs and cells. Immediately after treatment, your body clears away the disrupted fat cells, mainly through the liver.
The procedure is comfortable and painless, has no side effects, and requires no anesthesia or sedation.
The ultrasonic cavitation treatment will often have immediate results which you can feel, touch and see. Some clients can experience between 1/4 to 3 inches of circumference reduction after a single session with increasing results after subsequent visits. However, more significant results will be noticed after the second and third treatment.
Radio Frequency Skin Tightening
Radio frequency skin tightening is a non-invasive cosmetic procedure to help smooth, tighten and contour skin; and reduces the appearance of cellulite. It can help treat sagging skin, lack of definition in the jaw line, loose jowls, sagging neck skin, wrinkles and fine lines.
Radio frequency uses electrical pulses to target and penetrate the under layer of skin using heat to stimulate collagen. During the procedure you will feel a brief deep heating sensation. Results should be visible immediately and improve over a period of two to six months. Treatment sites include: face; thighs; tummy; hands; buttocks.
Acupuncture, Including Cosmetic Acupuncture
Licensed Physician Acupuncturist
Acupuncture is a collection of procedures involving penetration of the skin with very thin needles to stimulate certain points on the body to alleviate pain and treat various physical, mental and emotional conditions.
Originating in ancient China, acupuncture is now widely practiced in the United States and is
categorized as a complementary health approach. According to traditional Chinese medicine, stimulating specific acupuncture points corrects imbalances in the flow of qi through channels known as meridians. The acupuncture points are places to stimulate nerves, muscles and connective tissue. This stimulation appears to boost the activity of your body’s natural painkillers and increase blood flow.
According to WHO (World Health Organization) acupuncture is effective for treating 28 conditions, while evidence indicates it may have an effective therapeutic value for many more.
The results of cosmetic acupuncture reflect not only a change in external appearance, but also an improvement in total body wellness. Specifically, you may notice:
- More radiant skin
- Disappearance of fine lines
- Smoothing of deep lines
- Fading of age spots
- More toned muscles
- Enhanced overall appearance and health
- Clearing of acne and rosacea
Biopuncture is a therapy in which micro doses of biologically active natural substances are injected into specific body locations. Biopuncture produces its clinical effects because it stimulates the body’s own immune system and restarts natural healing capacity.
The substances are used to treat pain, swelling, inflammation and toxin accumulation, among other problems. Most injections cause only minor discomfort because they are very shallow, given just under the skin or into the muscle.
Common indications for biopuncture include neck, mid back, lower back and sacro-iliac pain; various tendon problems (tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, patellar tendonitis); shoulder pain; knee pain, tension headache etc. Biopuncture is very successful for treating sports injuries. The use of biotherapeutic injections can benefit patients who have tried conventional medicine but have had no success, or for those who have had to stop taking conventional medication because of side effects.
The medications used in biopuncture have no relation at all to the current controversy over childhood immunizations.
Pure Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy is a revolutionary, all-natural procedure used to regenerate hair growth. The growth factors in the Pure PRP concentrate stimulate new blood vessels to grow for the hair follicles, which promotes the production of hair follicles and even thickens the hair shafts. New research is showing that introducing the concentration of growth factors and white blood cells actually stimulates the growth of hair follicles. This reverses hair miniaturization, which is commonly seen in androgenetic alopecia.
What happens during a hair restoration treatment with PRP?
Dr. Mik will assess the degree of hair thinning, perform a simple hair analysis, and recommend injection sites on the scalp that need to be injected with Pure PRP. After a small amount of blood is taken from the patient to produce the Pure PRP concentration, the scalp is cleaned and numbed with a local anesthetic. Calcium-activated Pure PRP is injected via syringe and applied topically with a derma-roller. The derma-roller creates microscopic channels that allow the PRP to penetrate deep into the skin on the scalp where it stimulates the growth of hair follicles and creates new blood vessels.
Is the procedure painful?
In order for the treatment to be comfortable for the patient, their scalp has a local anesthetic injected around in a circular pattern about 10 minutes before the procedure.
How long is the treatment?
The office visit usually takes between 90-120 minutes but the procedure will only take about 30 minutes to complete.
How long is the recovery time?
There is not any downtime for the patient for this procedure. Aesthetically there may be some redness of the treated areas of the scalp and minor bruising for a few days after the procedure.
Is it safe?
PRP treatment is extremely safe. Because PRP is produced from your own blood, there is no risk of an allergic reaction. In addition, PRP contains a concentrated amount of white blood cells, your natural defenders against infections. As a result, infection is extremely rare with our PRP treatment.
How many treatments are needed?
Initially, 3 to 6 treatments 4-6 weeks apart are recommended for optimal results. Thereafter, maintenance treatments are recommended every one to two years depending on hair type.
Dermapen Micro-Needling Skin Treatment
Dermapen offers a solution for skin conditions such as wrinkles and fine lines, acne scarring, stretch marks, wound healing stimulation, skin tightening, lifting and rejuvenation.
The Dermapen micro-needling device provides unparalleled collagen induction therapy by fractional delivery of needles into the epidermis and dermis. These micro-injuries comprised of a series of fine, sharp needles puncture the skin to encourage and harness the power of the body’s innate ability to regrow and repair the skin through the physiology of collage induction. Dermapen micro needling promotes scar-less healing and natural collagen reproduction, similar to fractional laser treatments, IPL, laser resurfacing, and chemical peels, but without the side effects and downtime.
Micro needling can be performed under a local anesthetic if needed, but is usually painless. The Dermapen device is rolled over the surface of the face to create many microscopic channels deep into the dermis of the skin, which stimulates your own body to produce new collagen. At a microscopic level, proliferated skin cells, such as fibroblasts, migrate to the point of injury and transform into collagen fibers, resulting in increased fiber strength and elasticity. This treatment improves your skin by increasing production of collagen, facilitating natural repair and growth and making the skin stronger and thicker. The new collagen fills depressed scars and wrinkles from the bottom up, lifting the depression so they are level with the surrounding skin. This process takes two to three months to produce visible results, and can also help thicken thinner, fine skin types.
The mechanism of injury is a natural process, which makes Dermapen a holistic approach to skin therapy.

Bio Facial & Vaginal Rejuvenation Therapies
Bio Facial Rejuvenation
Platelet Rich Plasma has been used for facial rejuvenation for over 20 years. More commonly known as the “vampire face-lift,” the procedure has now been perfected with no red blood cells, eliminating the red appearance with Pure PRP. This treatment is ideal for individuals wanting to naturally improve their skin texture, tone and color with no recovery time. The growth factors in Pure PRP stimulate proliferation of fibroblasts and keratinocytes, which aid the body in the production of collagen and keratin. These growth factors also have a significant role in the formation of new blood vessels, synthesizing collagen and hyaluronic acid.
Dr. Artamonov helps restore areas of the face that require volume by injecting the Pure PRP into problem areas. The remaining Pure PRP will be painted on the patients face and a derma-roller would then be applied onto the surface of the skin to catalyze facial restoration.
Dr. Artamonov will assess the degree of skin aging, perform a simple skin analysis, and recommend injection sites on the face that need to be filled with Pure PRP. The patient’s skin will be cleaned and prepared for a local anesthetic cream to be applied, while nerve blocks may also be given to sensitive areas. Blood will then be drawn from the patient and go through the process of centrifugation. PRP is then injected through a syringe while targeting specific problems. The remaining PRP will subsequently be painted onto the skin and rubbed in with a derma roller.
The Orgasm or O-Shot is a cosmetic procedure for the vagina that utilizes growth factors available in PRP. The treatment goals are to amplify and rejuvenate the orgasm-producing vaginal tissue. This procedure creates a more youthful appearance while improving sexual function and desire for the patient. It can also temporarily enhance and rejuvenate the Grafenburg spot (G-Spot), clitoris and labia.
The O-shot involves an FDA-approved method of isolating PRP and then injecting the PRP into the patient’s tissue. Contrary to collagen injections into the vagina, the PRP O-shot has no side effects.
